Le CHMOD du fichier db_mysql.inc est à 755

Bonjour,

Je viens ici car je cherche depuis hier matin la solution à mon problème. Or je suis sûre que c'est lié à peu de choses.
Lorsque j'accède à mon site (une knowledge base faite sous OWL pour ceux qui connaitraient), j'obtiens le message:

La ligne 284 est la suivante:

Voici le fameux fichier "owl.php", on définit dans les premières lignes (48 de mémoire) le owl_fs_root et je me demande si l'erreur vient de là ou si c'est un souci SQL.
En résumé je sèche car je suis limitée en php/sql
