The requirements :
* extensive knowledge of PHP 5.2 and 5.3
* good knowledge of CakePHP framework. (Zend, Symfony is a plus)
* top-notch proficiency in MySQL
* excellent understanding of JavaScript
* experience with jQuery and jQueryUI
* HTML and CSS, cross-browser issues
* understanding security issues (SQL injects, CSRF, XSS)
* familiarity with *nix operating systems

Nice to have:
* knowledge and experience with HTML 5
* experience building scalable web-applications
