Problème de tableau

Bonjour à tous, je viens exposer mon problème à mes chers codeur experimentés 
Voila je bosse sur une webradio qui va bientôt ouvrir et le patron a acheter un KIT GRAPHIQUE en guise de SITE
hors tout le site est codé en TABLEAU chose que j'ai horreur 
je préfére les divisions ^^
Voila http://tplv.free.fr/index.php voila la page d'accueil comme vous pouvez le remarquer rien n'ai aligné et je cherche mais je trouve pas je souhaiterais que toutes les partie "grise " la ou il y a le texte soit égale et donc que les photos en bas soit bien alignées ...
