Bonjour

Je vais essayer d'être clair.

J'ai un site www.site.com (c'est un exemple)

avec dedans index.php head.php et foot.php

dans head.php j'ai :

j'ai donc dans mon site :

www.site.com/news.txt (avec 777 comme droit pour l'écriture)

Pour l'instant tout fonctionne bien, sauf que....

J'ai d'autres pages dans différents dossiers :
www.site.com/moto/moto.php

et dans moto.php, je point sur

Mais là, ca ne fonctionne pas !!
j'ai un message du genre :
Warning : file (news.txt) : failled to open stream : No such file directory in .....

Je ne sais plus quoi faire

En fait, quand tu fait un include, il le fait depuis le 1er fichier, celui qui est affiché dans l'url de ton navigateur.

Donc, quand tu fait open("news.txt"), PHP cherche le fichier news là où se trouve ton fichier 'moto.php', c'est à dire dans le répertoire 'moto'.

Pour parer à ce problème, je te conseille de créer un fichier contenant des constantes dont l'une d'entre elle est l'adresse à laquelle tu trouveras ton fichier de news :

const.inc.php : 
define('UNX_NEWS', '/chemin/UNIX/vers/ton/fichier/new');
ticker.php 
$fd = fopen (UNX_NEWS, "r");

et ce fichier const.inc.php je le place où ? dans chaque dossiers ? a la racine du site ?

Si je place mes fichier ticker.php et news.txt dans un dossier news a la racine du site, ce ne serai pas mieux ?

Je ne capte pas trop la solution, car je suis débutant

tu places le fichier const.inc.php à un unique endroit de ton site.
Ensuite, dans chaque fichier, tu l'inclues.

Ce qui te permet, dès que tu vas inclure le fichier ticker.php, qu'il sera capable de retrouver le fichier news.txt, quel que soit le fichier d'origine.

Au cas où tu n'es pas compris le problème, quand tu inclus le fichier ticker.php dans le fichier 'moto/moto.php', le bout de code open('news.txt') cherche un fichier news.txt dans le répertoire 'moto/' ;)

Ce n'est pas de la mauvaise volonté de ma part, mais j'y comprend rien.

Car en faite, quand je fait
www.site.com/ticker.php?action= admin

j'ai une page qui me permet de modifier en ligne mon fichier news.txt

Je ne sais pas réelement comment faire
Et je ne sais pas si la fonction include est la meilleur solution pour mon cas.
