Description: PathMotion seeks a CTO to manage our web application’s architecture and drive forward the development of the platform in line with users’ requirements.

Responsibilities
- Manage development of core technologies based on information extraction theories
- Manage the software development process and development group
- Work with Marketing to define the web experience roadmap
- Participate as a member of the senior management team in establishing governance processes of direction and control

Your success will be measured by your ability to improve the PathMotion career and candidate search experience, including search relevancy, breadth and depth of coverage of source data, and statistical accuracy.
Profils recherchés: - Degree in engineering/computer sciences.
- Hands-on experience designing, delivering and supporting large-scale applications and/or data systems
- Data modeling and production and text mining problems preferred
- XHTML, HTML, CSS, PHP5, MySQL and large datasets
- Track record of making sound assumptions
- Team management experience in a start up environment is a plus
- Spoken French is a plus.
