Pas d'envoi d'information

Bonjour,
Lorsque je clique sur le lien "onclick..." mes informations ne sont pas renvoyées.
Voici un extrait de mon code :

Quelles informations devraient être renvoyées ?
que fait ta fonction closeMessage() ?
que contient la variable outillage_updateComm ?
