Formulaire de contact avec pièce jointe

Bonjour,

Je suis à la recherche d'un formulaire en php avec lequel on pourrait me joindre un fichier .

Sauriez-vous où je pourrais trouver cela ?

J'en ai trouvé déjà plusieurs mais sans succès ...

D'avance merci ...

Je reviendrai posté le script de celui que j'ai déjà mais qui ne fonctionne pas ....

mais je crois que j'ai oublié de préciser qqchose ....

En fait il s'agit d'un formulaire de contact pour m'envoyé un mail MAIS avec une piece jointe ....

J'ai déjà ce formulaire pour uploader des fichiers ... mais je voudrais un equivalent en version mail ...

En fait, ce que tu cherches, c'est simplement la façon d'inclure une pièce jointe à un mail envoyé via php

Et ça tombe bien, y a plein d'exemples dans le forum. Tu dois même pouvoir en trouver dans les commentaires de la documentation de la fonction mail() de php

Et le soucis c'est que je reçois le mail mais dans le conenu il n'y a que ça:
